CookSystem is easy to install, safe and
does not need a gas supply.
IGF has patented an entirely new machine.
CookSystem is a new machine that has
revolutionised the way in which piadas
(pitta-type bread) are cooked.
Thanks to an innovative process and
advanced software, the machine's four tilting
hotplates can cook piadas as uniformly as if
they had been prepared by hand.
The piadas are fed on a conveyor
belt and pass through a photocell that allows
them to be placed on the first overturning belt
in the best position chosen by the operator.
The piadas, in fact, are automatically turned
over onto the first plate to start
the cooking cycle.
The hotplates are made from
a high thermal conductivity material which
allows a uniform temperature to be obtained
over the entire surface area, thus
allowing the piadas to be cooked
evenly on both sides.
All the hotplates can be regulated from the
control panel both at the start
and during the cooking phases.
CookSystem is the only machine that,
with its four cooking stages effected
by the overturning plates,
the automatic repositioning of the piadas
and its computerised temperature control,
can guarantee that the piadas are cooked
uniformly on both sides
as if they
had been cooked by hand.
The fully automatic machine requires
only one operator, who can work in complete
safety thanks to the Easy-Block system that
stops the working cycle as soon as
the protective doors are opened or in the
case of a malfunction.
CookSystem operates entirely by
electricity and does not need any
gas
supply.
The machine has been designed and built in
accordance with EEC standards and is
equipped with safety systems that, in the case
of a malfunction, stops the cooking cycle
immediately.
The reduced dimensions and the minimum
installation requirements mean that it
can be easily accommodated anywhere,
including in spaces without fire doors
or air extractors and without any
restrictions on room size, unlike gas-fed
machines.
